Coconut Cookies
(Yields 28)


- 1 1/8 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cardamon powder
- a pinch of nutmeg powder
- 2 3/4 cups dried coconut flakes


  1. Beat the eggs lightly.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the coconut flakes, nutmeg powder, cardamon powder, and mix them all well.
  4. Take a small portion from the mixture and form it into a ball shape.
  5. Now flatten this ball shape and place on a buttered baking tray. Continue the same with the remaining mixture.
  6. Remember to leave space between the cookies.
  7. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Bake them for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool and ENJOY!!
