- 1½ cup finely ground Almond
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp ground Cardamom
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Rose Water

Syrup Ingredients

- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Rose Water
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- ½ cup Water

Syrup Preparation

Mix the syrup ingredients and bring them to boil on the stove and put the mixture aside for later use.

Cake Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs.
2. Then mix in the sugar, oil, ground almond, rose water, and cardamom.
3. Beat the mixture well and then mix all purpose flour and baking powder with the mixture.
4. Pour the mixtures in an 11" by 13" greased pan and bake it for 30-35 minutes in the pre-heated oven of 350 degrees.
5. Immediately after you take the cake out of the oven pour the syrup all over the cake and let it stand for at least two hours.
